!!!!! WE WON! IT WAS THE BEST MATCH AND THE MOST EXCITING MATCH OF THE SEASON. WE ARE IN THE SEMIS!

we played against stc today. and god performed a wonderful miracle. i could feel him coming into our midst. so many things happened today. its like overwhelming!

the first inning, stc scored 3 runs and we scored 2 runs.

den the 2nd inning, stc scored another 4 runs. den whne we were abt to bat, the lightning signal went off.argh. it was so 'qiao' 1h and 1min. at tt moment my heart totally sank.
it means tt if it still rain for another 20mins or so, the empire would take the 1 inning's score which was 3-2 and we would lose coz the game was on for an hour already. coach talked to us. while he was talking i wasnt listening coz i was praying hard to God to let the rain stop and give us a second chance to prove ourselves. i know we could. i kept repeating tt over again.

then the umpire was about to declare the game over when the LIGHTNING SIGNAL STOPPED! everybody was practically jumping. i thanked God.

den everybody's mood was just hyper. starting part we were still a bit not good den things changed many many runs were made. striked the stc ppl out.

it was 2 down, 1 more run to a tie. 2 strikes 3balls on char the ball decides our fate. then charlene made a hit. ran......

third base caught it. she threw to one. char was still running. den the 1st base was about to tag her when she dropped the ball and char ran to the first base. coach was like SAVE SAVE SAVE!!!!!!!! and umpire called saved!!! esna ran home! and all the spectators were like high and super hapy! den later we made about 4 more runs.

den about to change inning and me and steph were talking about how nice if the lightning signal could flash nw. den suddenly it flashed! omg it was amazing feeling. the timing was so accurate!

den we all went in prayed for the rain to continue so we could like just win. den suddenly yuezhen came in and said game over. WE WON!
omg! at the moment, everybody started crying la and jumping. ching yee. VIC(yes vic lim). liting.charlene. me. dayana(?)

super emotional. i cried when i was praying partly because we won but mostly because i felt God's presence. i felt that He was there all the time. He was watching over us. i couldnt believe it. so many coincidences. the perfect timing and everything. I was really very glad that He answered my prayer. for the first time in my life i actually felt that God was there! in our midst! plus the fact that tmr is good friday.without God we could nvr have done this.

i thought that the 1st lightning signal that went off was actually a blessing in disguise. it gave us all time to reflect on what happen and for coach to talk to us and refresh ourselves.
and when the stc player made a almost impossible catch, it was probably God's will too coz if she doesnt, we may lose.

coach kowtowed to his god on the floor while our whole batch prayed together and i nvr felt so emotional before.
